Building according to commissioning priorities

The strategy of constructing a plant is a dynamic one, and often tries to find the perfect symphony between what needs to be built first in terms of material-delivery times and construct-ability on the one hand, and on the other: what does commissioning demand to have constructed at first, in order to start the early commissioning activities as soon as possible.

Determining the earliest point where construction is able to actually follow-up on the commissioning system availability priorities demand, is complex. We support our customers in finding the point, by reviewing their construction plan and project time schedule, and often by introducing a clear work breakdown system for commissioning that we align with the system-breakdown available with construction, mostly arising from their (hydrostatic) pressure test plan.
