We provide project engineering deliverables

the mandatory input for commissioning

The successful preparation and execution of a commissioning phase demands a qualitatively proper, complete and consistent input from engineering.

Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams, Mass Balances, heat Balances, Process Flow Diagrams, Instrument Lists, Signal List, HAZOP action sheets, and a whole list of other mandatory deliverables, need to not only be available for commissioning, but also be complete and consistent.

Most projects have a collection of sub-suppliers for different scopes of the plant. Often, each of these sub-suppliers provide their own P&ID’s, instrument loop diagrams, instrument lists, equipment lists and so on. If not properly defined and aligned during the contract phase, then confusion, errors or even an unworkable package of engineering deliverables for commissioning may result from this. Typical examples are mismatching or non-aligned ID-tagging of components, deviating symbols on drawings, missing references to other P&ID’s, or instrument loop diagrams that do not present the entire loop, but instead only from instrument to junction box for example, as this happens to be the sole scope of that particular sub-supplier, system descriptions not matching with the logics design and so on.

We support project teams to rectify this, by collecting, reviewing, aligning, completing or even creating your engineering deliverables!
